Irony

Description: This project is to take some experience from the summer and illustrate it as an editorial piece. I used the inspiration I had gained from my journey to Japan and references from the specific places I visited. In the end I illustrated an ironic moment of a Buddhist Monk taking a picture of the “Golden Temple” on his cell phone in Kyoto.

Description: A poster series I created as a call back to the master magicians in the late 1800’s. It also holds a hidden subliminal message in hopes to suggest a thought to the viewers. It was a two week process to have the suggestion placed within the minds of my classmates. The reveal was a performance piece integrating NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) when showcasing my work. All in order to show the illusive qualities of magic as well as illustration in unison.

Description: This a editorial piece that was created to promote the Camden Shakespeare Festival on the play Twelfth Night. In a printed stylization, this illustration depicts all motifs in the play.

Empire Top Films 2018

Description: From an online article in Empire Magazine showed the top 20 films of 2018. I chose out of those 20 I picked 5 films to depict for the magazine article. The scene is to show all these action like characters getting ready for a Gladiatorial battle.
